At Fiorelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the merchandise is unworn.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
